Ingredient list: Herbal Infused Olive Oil (1:5)(Olive Oil, Eucalyptus Leaf, Calendula Flowers, Comfrey Root and Leaf, Plantain Leaf), Beeswax, Menthone, Essential Oil Blend (Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Tea Tree)
 
Use: Apply a small amount to improve the quality and appearance of injured skin from cuts, scrapes, irritations, or other skin injuries. 
 
This product is kinda like a catch all. If you don’t know what to put on something, put this on and it will probably help somehow. There are essential oils in here that are all antimicrobial, antifungal, antiviral, antibacterial, as well as 4 different herbs infused in oil. The herbs in this product promote healing of the skin and menthone takes away some of the pain of cuts.
 
I recommend this product to be used on cuts, bruises, dry feet, bites, and stings. Many of the herbs infused in the oil are called drawing herbs and help to draw out the stings and pain from bites. The cooling sensation also is great for itchy areas. -Jillian
 
Research:
 
Comfrey is most common use, as a skin healing agent is widely known and is very effective (Barna 2012, Pazyar 2014). It is also well studied in the area of osteoarthritis of the knee (Grube 2007, Smith 2011), ankle distortion (Kohl 2004, Predel 2005), and back pain (Giannetti 2015). 
 
Calendula is anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor promoting (Ukiya 2006), protective against UVB (Fonesca 2010), effective at healing Achilles tendon tears (Aro 2015), improves skin firmness and hydration (Ahktar 2011), has protective effects against contact dermatitis (Fusch 2005), and shows angiogenesis through neovascularization (Parente 2011).
 
Plantain has a wide traditional use for wound healing and was found to promote new skin growth (Thome 2012). It promotes fibroblast growth, increasing strength of skin in wound healing (Kovac 2014).
 
Eucalyptus has antimicrobial activity (Pawar 2010).
